There are garments that are purchased and garments that are handed down. ZEGNA's Fall Winter 2026 collection belongs to the second category: clothes conceived not for a single season, but for the long term—for those who will wear them after us.
An imaginary wardrobe
Presented during Milan Fashion Week, the Fall Winter 2026 collection designed by Alessandro Sartori reinterprets beloved garments and time-worn shapes. The setting is that of an imaginary wardrobe - that of the Zegna family - where clothes are passed down from generation to generation, changing owners and acquiring new creases.
The core principle is that a garment is also valuable for what it has lived through. From this premise flow the season's volumes—sharp-cut outerwear, unstructured jackets, fine knitwear to layer underneath - and their construction logic: layers that combine, break down, and circulate anew.
Su Misura: tailoring as a legacy
Since September 3rd, the season has a clear protagonist: Su Misura, the world of ZEGNA made-to-measure. Its dedicated logo stems from the Founder's handwriting - a trace of the hand that shaped the fashion house's identity.
Su Misura means building a wardrobe around the wearer: hundreds of possible alterations, an exceptional range of fabrics, and customization that extends down to buttons, linings, and finishing details. It is tailoring in its purest, most traditional form: understanding the man standing ahead and tailoring shoulders fit to carry a great life.

The Biella region, and a promise over a century old
To understand this vision of clothing, one must look to the mountains of Oasi Zegna. In 1929, the Founder began planting trees around his wool mill; today, that area boasts over five hundred thousand trees and has become Oasi Zegna - a 100-square-kilometer natural territory in the Biella Alps and home to the brand's core values.
From the very same road, Route 232 traced by the Founder, stems the commitment ZEGNA summarizes in three words: Crafted for Tomorrow - responsibly sourced materials and textile craftsmanship that has remained the heart of the company for over 110 years. A garment built on these principles retains its value far beyond the season it was bought.
